The affordable housing we build is a driver for economic, health, educational and social impact in cities across California. That’s why our staff is vital to Jamboree taking an even greater lead across communities, counties and our state in transforming the housing conversation.
New Responsibilities
Brittany Seniff has been promoted to Project Manager II. She’s served on the Jamboree team since 2013 as a Project Manger I, directing and representing Jamboree on joint venture developments and supporting other in-house development projects. Most recently, she managed the successful financial restructuring and renovation of Rose Crest and Briar Crest, apartment communities in Garden Grove.
In her new role, Brittany manages affordable housing developments from site selection through construction completion, coordinating the activities of architects, civil engineers, attorneys, financial investors and public/private lenders crucial to the development process. Tung (T) Tran, Jamboree Senior Director of Development said, “Brittany has definitely learned and evolved into this new role. She is highly passionate about her work, and we’re proud of her achievement, dedication and commitment as a member of the development team. I look forward to Brittany’s expanding role and her collaboration with all of the Jamboree team.”
New Role
A very familiar face at Jamboree, we’re glad to welcome Maria Luna back to our team. Maria originally joined the staff in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant for Development where she worked for 10 years. Following an extended personal leave, she rejoins us in her new role as Administrative Assistant to the Asset Management and Community Impact Groups.
"We’re excited to have Maria supporting our Asset Management and Community Impact teams. Her valuable knowledge and previous experience are welcomed and appreciated," said Jose Sanchez, VP of Asset Management. As part of her new responsibilities, Maria manages team calendaring, meeting and travel arrangements, compiles compliance packages, researches and retrieves data, maintains corporate databases and forms, and files documents and monthly reports electronically – vital support for these teams.
New Position
Wendy Herrmann joins Jamboree in the new position of Senior Manager of Aging Services as part of our Community Impact Group. She has worked for the Jewish Federation and Family Services as a manager of Community-Based Senior Services, and has experience in vocational rehabilitation, social work and case management with a variety of organizations. Wendy worked with Jamboree for the past two years as a case manager, helping our seniors at Heritage Villas in Mission Viejo.
In her new role, Wendy will work with a diverse population of senior adults who meet low-income criteria and may have a range of disabilities, including mental illness. Her range of responsibilities include the design and delivery of case management and crisis intervention services, assisting in development and coordination of collaborative services with other agencies, volunteer recruitment and management, internship development, and more.
George Searcy, Senior VP of Community Impact, said, “Wendy’s role will be to manage the service delivery at our senior properties and to establish measurable and sustainable standards of service to older adult residents across our portfolio. Over the next year, Wendy will help to grow our senior program model and prepare for growth in our senior portfolio.”
